With fall gathering and weaning coming around the corner we wanted to send an update of our growing team here at R&J Ag Supply. For the past couple years R&J has gone through some improvements and changes in the business.
Russel, the founder of R&J is enjoying retirement to the fullest; fishing and visiting family. He still stops by to visit, occasionally helping us with deliveries. Back in April 2018 we added Luke Knatterud to the team. Luke is our VP of Operations and helps with our billings and daily office and customer needs. Hayley Darnielle has been with R&J for just over three years. She is our CEO, VP of Marketing and Advertising and continues to be the driving force in supporting the local 4-H clubs for R&J. The newest addition to the team is Rachael Oliver. She joined the team back in March of 2019 after working at Trans Ova Genetics. Rachael is the Sales Manager and will be helping with nutrition consulting alongside Ben. One of the biggest changes R&J has faced is our owners Ben and Karli (& Brooks) Johnson moving to Choteau, MT. They have been given the amazing opportunity to lease land and run cattle on the Clark Homestead and surrounding areas. We are truly happy for Ben and Karli and wish them only the best. Even though they are in Choteau, Ben is still owner of R&J, and is very much involved with the business, but he has taken a step back from the management side of things, and does not do the day to day operations at the R&J office. Ben and Karli were sad to leave but could not let this once in a life time opportunity pass them by. Ben and Karli are still only a phone call away and can answer any questions you may have about your livestock needs.
Even with all the changes at R&J Ag Supply, we still strive to meet every customer’s needs. With a strong knowledgeable team, we continue to grow and hold our company values to the highest standard. R&J looks forward to the coming year and working alongside our amazing customers. Thank you for all your business today & hopefully in the future.
