Feeding rumensin to your bred cows before calving? Why not improve condition on your cows, all while preventing and controlling coccidiosis!?


A heavily pregnant cow does not gain or maintain weight as well and a newly pregnant or an open cow. Rumensin is a cost-effective feed additive that improves feed efficiency by providing more energy from the ration along with the prevention and control of coccidiosis due to eimeri bovis and eimeri zuernii. Mature beef cattle being fed rumensin before calving time helps clean up the coccidiosis so they don't shed the virus to their baby calves.

Rumensin is the only Ionafore labeled for the safe use in mature beef cows. Rumensin is available for use in complete feeds (cake and pellets), supplements and liquid.
